摘要
文章解读了教师网联计划与教师网联的内涵及意义,分析了网联计划背景下省级教师培训机构在教师教育体系中所处的地位和作用,指出省级教师培训机构新的功能和改革发展应该采取的新策略。
This artical is intended to depict the connotation and the significance of both the teachers＇network connection programme and the teachers＇ network connection, to analyse the role the provincial teacher educational institutions play in the teacher educational system with the help of the programme ,and to point out some new functions and strategies these institutions should adopt.
