摘要
阐述了集成技术在环境管理信息系统中的应用,并介绍了集成管理信息系统、地理信息系统、环境模型和决策工具的“上海市环境空气质量管理信息系统”.该系统首次综合了上海市能源消费、空气质量监测与预报、机动车排放控制、能见度预报等当前城市环境空气质量管理的主要方面,并已得到广泛使用.最后以“上海市工业PM10排放源对城市环境空气质量影响”为例,介绍了该系统的使用过程和方法,表明该系统具有使用方便、表达直观的特点.
The application of integration technical on the Environment Management Information system is discussed. The “Shanghai Atmospheric Environmental Management Information System”, which based on MIS, GIS, Environment Models, and DSS tools, is introduced. The system combined the energy consumption, air quality monitor and forecast, mobile emission control and visibility forecast in Shanghai for the first time. It has been used widely in some important area. The function and the approach of the system are introduced by the scenario “concentration contribution of industry PM10 emission sources in Shanghai”. The system is convenient operation and express directly.
