摘要
应用分子生物学方法检测32例膀胱移行上皮癌中P53、K-ras、HPV基因,发现有34.4%的膀胱癌P53基因突变,21.9%膀胱癌K-ras基因突变,6.3%膀胱癌HPV阳性。说明膀胱移行上皮癌的发生与P53、Ras基因突变及HPV感染有关。膀胱癌的发生是多种基因的变化通过多种途径引起的。
cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder were detected for P53,K-ras genes and HPV using molecular biologic techniques.P53 mutation was observed in 34.4%,K-ras mutation in 21.9% and HPV-positive in 6.3%.The results revealed that bladder carcinoma was related to the mutation of P53 and ras genes and to the HPV infection.It was postulated that the pathogenesis of bladder carcinoma was related to the change of various genes through different pathway.
