Synthesis and properties of a novel Gemini amphoteric surfactants

摘要 以十二烷基叔胺、环氧氯丙烷和氧氯化磷为原料合成了一种新型双子两性磷酸酯表面活性剂.在三亚甲基中引入PO3-4作为柔性基团来提高联接基团的亲水性.通过红外光谱对合成的表面活性剂进行了结构表征.测试了该表面活性剂的水溶液最低表面张力为31.9mN/m、临界胶束浓度为1.4×10-4mol/L 、等电点为pH8.5~10.5,c20=1.41×10-5mol/L.考察了其发泡性、乳化性等,通过摄像显微镜对乳化效果进行了观察. Dodecyldimethylamine, epoxy chloropropane and phosphorus oxychloride were taken as raw materials to synthesize a novel gemini amphoteric phosphate surfactant. Use the trimethylene intercalation of phosphate as flexible group to increase hydrophilicity of the spacer. The structure of the gemini surfactant was characterized by IR spectrum. The physiochemical properties of the surfactant in aqueous solution were tested and the results showed that: the lowest surface tension is 31.9 mN/m; critical micelle concentration is 1.4 × 10^-4 mol/L; isoelectric point at pH 8.5 - 10.5 ; c20 : 1.41 × 10^-5 mol/L. Foaming and emulsification properties of the surfactant were also investigated. The emulsion was observed by video microscooe.
