摘要
目的观察鼻内窥镜检查在成人鼓膜切开和置管术中的应用.方法对26例(42耳)的成人慢性分泌性中耳炎患者在鼻内窥镜辅助下施行鼓膜切开和置管术.结果鼻内窥镜检查显示鼓膜情况清晰,操作简便.所有患者顺利完成手术,随访0.5～2年.2例(3耳)复发;1例(1耳)术后发生耳漏;1例(1耳)听力无明显改善.其余病例听力显著提高,且无并发症发生.结论鼻内窥镜检查为成人鼓膜切开和置管提供了良好的辅助手段.
Objective To observe the role of endoscopy in myringotomy with grommet insertion for adult. Methods All 26 SOM adult cases （42 ears） were treated by myringotomy with grommet insertion, and were inspected with endoscopy. Results Endoscopy gave good views of the tympanic membrane,and make the operation easy. All patients were followed-up for 0.5-2 years after operation. 2 cases （3 ears） were recurred; 1 case （1 ear） was infected;the hearing of 1 case （1 ear） was not improved. The others were cured with no complications. Conclusion Endoscopy does offter a valuable adjunct to conventional myringotomy with grommet insertion.
