摘要
目的:探讨活血健脑胶囊对实验性家兔血小板聚集的影响.方法:观察活血健脑胶囊对由二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、胶原、花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的兔血小板聚集作用,连续7 d灌胃给药后,采用Born氏比浊法测量其血小板聚集率.并对其作用的特点进行初步分析.结果:活血健脑胶囊对由ADP、胶原及AA诱导的家兔血小板聚集有抑制作用,与对照组比较(P＜0.05～P＜0.01).但活血健脑胶囊高剂量组对由AA诱导的聚集有明显抑制作用;与对照组比较(P＜0.05～P＜0.01).活血健脑胶囊中剂量、低剂量组对由AA诱导的血小板聚集无明显影响.结论:活血健脑胶囊具有抑制血小板聚集的作用.
Objective：To probe the influence of Huoxue Jiannao Capsule on platelet aggregation of experimental rabbit.Methods：The platelet aggregation of experimental rabbit caused by adenosine diphosphate（ADP）,collagen and arachidonic acid （AA） was observed.After seven days consistent administration into the stomache,the rate of platelet aggregation was examined by Born method.And its functional characters were given a primary analysis.Conclusion：Huoxue Jiannao Capsule had an inhibition aganist the platelet aggregation of rabbit caused by ADP,collagen,and AA（P〈0.05-P〈0.01）,Compared with the controlled group,the large-dosed group of Huoxue Jiannao Capsule had an evident inhibition aganist the platelet aggregation caused by AA.The middle dosed group and the low dosed group had no obvious influence on the platelet aggregation caused by AA.Conclusion：Huoxue Jiannao capsule has the function of resisting the platelet aggregation.
