摘要 S44SY曲轴用钢的化学成分与45Mn钢的化学成分相近,但其力学性能要求远高于45Mn钢。用25kg非真空感应炉进行冶炼试制,确定了合适的内控化学成分,并制定了合理的锻造工艺和热处理工艺,成功地试制出满足条件要求的新型曲轴用钢。 The chemical composition of S44SY crankshaft steel is quite similar to that of 45 Mn steel, but the mechanical property of which is more higher than that of 45Mn. The trial manufacture has been performed with 25kg noninduction furnace, which defines the proper chemical composition, and the reasonable forge process and heat treatment process have been worked out, so that the new type crankshaft steel with the satisfying specification has been suecessfully trail manufactured.
