摘要
文章分析了精密测量过程中使用的滑动和滚动导轨的运动特性,尤其是滚动导轨的运动特性。探讨了影响导轨运动精度的因素,这对在测量过程中提高导轨的位移分辨率,从而提高运动件的定位精度及测量系统的测量精度有着实际意义。
This paper analyzes movement characters of the slipping and wiling guides in the process of precise measurement, and puts emphasis on movement characters of the rolling guide, meanwhile, analyzes factors of impacting on movement accuracy of the guides, which enhances movement distinguish ability of the guide in the process of precise measurement and accuracy of positioning of moving parts and accuracy in measurement of the system.
