摘要
压电马达是一种利用压电晶体逆压电效应获得驱动力矩的新原理微特电机,它与由电磁作用获得转矩的电磁马达工作原理截然不同。文章在行波接触型马达基础上提出了一种新型行波锥面驱动大力矩压电马达,它不同于以往马达定转子之间动态过程中为点接触的结构形式,采用了定转子之间动态过程为线接触的新型结构。文中给出了马达的结构及激励方法,讨论了选取压电材料的原则;并用有限元方法分析了马达定子的工作模态,通过实验得到了此种新型马达的动态特性。
Being a sort of new principle motor, the piezoelectric motor is quite different from the electromagnetic motor; its driving torque isn't acquired by the electromagnetic effect but by the reverse, piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. This paper presents a new high-torque piezoelectric motor that is driven by traveling wave on conic section. It is different from some former motors whose rotor and stator are in frictional contact by several points during the dynamic process, this paper clarify the new structure which the rotor and stator are in contact by the line during the dynamic process. The structure and the excited method of this motor are described in details, also include the principle of the piezoelectric material selection. By use of finite element method, vibrating mode of this motor' s stator is analyzed. Kinetic characteristic of this motor is obtained through the experiment.
