摘要
近期全国性商品房价持续大幅上涨引起政府与消费者广泛关注,文章就房价上涨原因及政府采取的调控措施进行了分析,提出自己的见解,期望引起各界的讨论,最终找到科学合理的解决途径.
Recently, Chinese government and consumers are concerned about nationwide increasing price of commercial house. This paper analyzes the reasons of increasing price and controlled measures by government and puts forward absolute views for discussion by various circles and finding out reasonable and scientific solution finally.
