摘要
用静电纺丝这种制备直径在纳米级到微米级间超细纤维的新技术,成功地制备出纳米级尼龙6纤维丝及其平行丝。研究了纺丝过程中的工艺参数对纤维形态的影响,以及尼龙6电纺丝的力学性能。
Electrospinning has been recognized as an efficient technique for fabrication of polymer fibers in a diameter down to nanometers. Various polymers have been successfully electrospun into nano or ultra fine fibers in recent years mostly in solvent solution and some in melt form, depending on their designed applications. In this paper, nano-scale fiber of nylon-6 was successfully prepared and a method to manufacture parallel nylon-6 fiber was introduced. Moreover, the influence of the electrospinning parameters on the morphology of electrospun fibers, such as the concentration of the polymer solution, strength of the electrical field applied and surface tension of the polymer solution. Last, the mechanical property of parallel nylon-6 fiber has been studied.
