摘要
目的总结滨州市新发涂阳肺结核病人登记情况,方法对1996～2003年滨州市7县区结核病控制工作季报表进行回顾性分析.结果 8年期间,7县区共接诊可疑肺结核病人26659例,发现初治涂阳病人2800例,复治涂阳病人1187例.其中,新发涂阳病人15-55岁2377例;占84.9%,学生病人由1996年6.3%增加至2003年11.8%.结论应用现代结核病控制策略,努力提高涂阳人的发现率和治愈率.
Objective To summarize the new positive cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in binzhou and to enhance the casefinding level. Methods To retrospectively analyze the register condition of TB cases in Binzhou in 1996-2003, Results There were 26659 disease suspects examined. Among them, there were 2800 new cases with smear-positive, and 1187 retreatment cases with smear-positive. 84.9% was betweenl5and 55 years old. and student cases increased from 6.3% in 1996 to 11.8% in 2003 in the new smear-positive cases. Conclusion To achieve the target of “high rate of discovery” and “high rate of successful treatmeat” in TB control, it is important to use modern TB control strategy.
