摘要
中化大厦施工中,工期紧迫,设计与施工常期处于同步状态。为此,施工人员积极配合设计人员研究方案及时修改设计,采用了钢筋锥螺纹连接、无粘着预应力钢筋混凝土、柱墙合一、全隐框玻璃幕墙、复合铝板幕墙、全不锈钢装饰网架等新工艺,并采用盖挖逆作法等新技术,使总工期提前1年多,工程验收评为优良品。
During construction of the Zhonghua mansion project because of its urgency and narrowly limited time schedule, a synchronized program in design and construction was adopted. Accordingly, bothdesigners and buliders of this project worked well hand in hand, i. e. the had to revise the design simultaneously on time. There were a number of new technology applied successfully in this project namely: (1)the steel bar's spiral connection. (2)the prestressed concrete without bond. (3) the column-wall composite combination. (4)the fully concealed frame curtain wall.(5)the compound aluminium sheet curtain wall. and (6)the perfect stainless steel ornametn network. Besides, the new procedure method of preconstruction of its encirclement structure and post construction of its basement work had been adopted, and as a result, the project was completed over a year earlier than the time schedule and found satisfaction with a superior quality construction.
