摘要
基于多视数据产生的原因及数据采集方法不同,给出了解决多视数据对齐的系统方法。在深入分析冲压零件结构特点的基础上,采用柔性数据测量方法实现高精度多视数据对齐。根据三基准点对齐原理,采用合理的工程对齐方法,通过矩阵变换达到冲压零件多视数据的对齐定位。并从工程实际角度出发,介绍了2种典型的数据对齐方法,提出了一种基于几何特征点对齐的新方法,并给出了一些多视数据对齐应用实例。
System approach for the alignment of multi-view data was given based on the creator of multi-view data and different method of data acquisition. Construction features of stamping parts were in-depth analyzed and flexible data measuring method was used to realize high precision alignment of multi-view data. According to the principle of three datum-points alignment, reasonable engineering alignment method was adopted to achieve the alignment positioning of multi-view data for stamping parts as a result of matrix transform. From the view of engineering practice, two typical methods for data alignment were introduced, and a new method based on geometric characteristic point was proposed. Some examples of multi-view data alignment were presented as well.
