摘要
目的:评价纤维乳管镜检查对乳头溢液的诊断价值.方法:应用FVY-780～980型纤维乳管内窥镜,对36例乳头溢液的患者进行诊断,并与术后病理诊断进行对比分析.结果:36例患者中发现乳管乳头状瘤14例(38.89%),其中单发病变10例(71.43%),多发性病变4例(28.57%);乳管扩张及乳管炎22例(61.11%).乳头状瘤的镜下诊断与病理诊断符合率为85.71%(12/14).结论:纤维乳管镜检查乳头溢液准确、可靠.
Objective： To study the value of fiberoptic ductoscopy for the diagnosis of nipple discharge. Methods： 36 cases were studied using Fiberoptic ductoscope FVY-780-980. The results were compared with postoperative pathology. Results： Ductoscopy detected intraductal papillary lesions in 14（38. 89%） cases, including 10 single lesions 71. 43% and 4 multiple lesions （28. 57%）. Conclusion： Ductoscopy is reliable for the diagnosis and treatment of the nipple discharge.
