摘要
在聚合反应中形成的副产物——环状低聚物一直是影响切片的己内酰胺消耗的主要因素之一。将低聚物与己内酰胺形成的浓缩液直接回用至聚合反应中,使这部分低聚物得以回收利用,不仅可以降低切片的单耗,同时还能减少装置的污水排放。
One of the main factors which effects the consumption of caprolactam during the flake production is low molecular polymer occurred during production, the by-product of polymerization reaction. So the directly reclaiming of concentrate made from low molecular polymer and caprolactam to polymerization reaction can reuse the low molecular polymer. This technique can not only lower down the raw material consumption, but also can reduce the sewage emitted from the unit.
