摘要
根据目前市场上挤奶机自动清洗控制器清洗控制参数不可调以及没有与上位机通讯功能的情况,设计出功能齐全的自动清洗控制器。该系统采用80C552单片机作为CPU,硬件电路主要有:单片机基本系统、数据显示、键盘扩展、温度采集与控制以及串口通讯等部分组成。软件部分的编写采用C51语言和VC++6.0。该系统通过奶牛场现场试验,证明了本系统的可靠性。
The article introduces a new controller that can communicate with the supervising computer and the cleaning time can be adjusted easily. The controller uses chip 80C552 as CPU and is composed of the system of 80C552, data display, keyboard expansion,temperature signal acquisiting and serial communication. The softwares are developed by C51 and VC＋＋ 6.0 . The system works well in the cattle farm with high stability,and the effect is satisfactory.
