摘要
文章针对安徽淮北旱涝渍灾害频繁的特点和季节性干旱引起的水资源供需矛盾问题,提出了治理这些灾害和化解矛盾的综合技术。
In consideration of the characteristic that drought and waterlogging calamity frequently happened in Huaibei of Anhui province and the water resource imbalance between supply and demand caused by the seasonal drought, the paper puts forward the comprehensive technology of controlling the calamities and dissolving on these contradictions.
