摘要
评价是否科学合理影响着企业营销人员的工作积极性。为了减少营销人员评价上的盲目性,将可拓工程中的多指标性能参数的评价模型应用于营销人员的绩效考核过程之中,运用定性和定量相结合的方法,可为决策者提供更为切实可行的、科学合理的评价方法。
Whether assessment of marketers is reasonable or not has effects on the working activity of enterprise's marketers directly. In order to decrease the blindness of the assessment on marketers, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are integrated and applied to assess the index for the quality of marketer. Based on appraisal method of mutual-index in extension engineering, the marketer's quality is appraised. This methodology will give decision-maker the scientific and rational assessing method. Meanwhile, using this methodology may have the role of encouragement and stimulus to marketers.
