摘要
文章从社会资本的性别差异角度,对女大学生就业困境作———社会学的考察,分析从国家的法律政策、社会以及传统文化等方面影响女大学生就业的各种因素,探索消除社会资本的性别差异的途径。
This article makes a socialogical survey of the difficulty in the employment of female graduates from the point of sexual differentiation in social capital. Different factors that influence the employment of female graduates are analyzed from the perspectives of national legal policy, social and traditional ideology and culture. And a new approach to solve the problem is to be developed.
