摘要
本文从当代大学生特点、学校实际情况、学分制改革等方面分析了当前我国高校学生管理实行导生制的必要性,并结合实际工作阐述了导生的培养管理、导生的考评奖励机制等问题,并对导生制的发展方向和如何完善提出了自己的观点,这是进一步加强大学生思想政治教育工作的一种有效举措。
This paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out tutor system in the course of managing University students in our country. And it mainly discusses the problem from the point of view of the modern University students＇ characteristics, the University＇s specific situation, the reform in the credit system. The paper elaborates how to cultivate the tutors, how to set up a system on checking and appraising through comparison. The writer puts forwards his own viewpoint about the tutor system＇s developing direction and perfecting. The writer believes this is an effective measure in enhancing the University students＇ character and political education.
