摘要
①目的通过检测心力衰竭(心衰)婴幼儿体内脑钠素(BNP)水平变化,探讨BNP对婴幼儿心衰的诊断价值。②方法选择不同病因的充血性心力衰竭(CHF)婴幼儿及健康婴幼儿各40例,应用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测其血BNP及心钠素(ANP)的水平。③结果轻度CHF时BNP即开始升高,重度时达高峰,心衰纠正后BNP水平渐下降,但仍高于正常对照组(t′=6.079~8.046,P<0.01),CHF病儿轻度、重度以及在心衰纠正后的恢复期BNP水平各组间有显著差异(F=4.96,P<0.05);同时测定的ANP水平变化与BNP类似;心衰时BNP与ANP阳性率比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.132、5.160,P<0.05)。④结论CHF病儿血清BNP水平明显升高,且与心衰程度关系密切,BNP反映心脏功能改变较ANP更敏感,更具有特异性。
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) by checking the serum BNP in infants with congestive heart failure (CHF). There was significant difference of positive rate within BNP and ANP during CHF (χ^2 =4.132,5. 160, P〈0.05). Conclusion The BNP and ANP serum levels are significantly higher in infants with CHF. It is closely related to the severity of heart failure. BNP is more sensitive and specific than ANP in the diagnosis of CHF.
