摘要
用快速扫描红外光谱与固体热原位池联用技术和热安定性实验研究了紫色发烟弹的失效机理。结果表明:导致紫色发烟弹失效的主要原因是碱性玫瑰精与碳酸氢钠发生化学反应,生成CO2产生“鼓气”,从而引起碱性玫瑰精化学结构发生变化,使紫色发烟弹在使用中变色。此外,还提出了针对发烟弹贮存性能的改进措施。
The failure mechanism of purple smoke munitions is researched, by using in-situ therolysis cell/rapid scan-FTIR coupling techniques and thermal stability test. The result shows that the main cause is the reaction between Rhodamine B Extra and NaHCO3 ,which releases CO2 and changes chemistry construction of Rhodamine B Extra, thus make purple smoke munitions changed color. Improvement measure is put forward also.
