摘要
文中利用基本竞争型人工神经网络对中国各省可持续发展能力建设总水平进行分类,此分类意义重大,对各省制定可持续发展的战略具有一定的全局指导性。通过直接利用人工神经网络中的工具箱函数,进行编程,能迅速得到正确、简明的结果,说明了基本竞争型人工神经神经网络用于解决分类问题的正确性。
In this paper, the total level of China each region＇ s continual development ability construction is clustered with the way of basic competent artificial neural network. This clustering is important and necessary. With the toolbox of ANN, a program is edited. The application result shows that the way and the program is of effectiveness and good performance.
