蛋白质组学及在鼻黏膜炎症性疾病研究中应用
摘要
蛋白质组学是后基因组时代的研究热点,研究对象是直接参与生命活动的蛋白质。本文就蛋白质组学的基本概念及意义、基本技术、发展趋势及其在鼻黏膜炎症性疾病研究中的现状及临床应用价值加以综述。
