摘要
完善我国司法制度,建立警察出庭作证制度是必要的;在我国现行法律体制下,警察出庭作证制度尚未形成。我们应根据国际法则与我国实际情况建立适合本国国情的警察出庭作证制度。
Improve and perfect our country＇ s juristical regulations and build up the system of policeman serving as a witness at court is necessary. Under present system of our country, police serving as a witness has still not formed. We should build up appropriate and suitable policeman serving as a witness at court system in China by using the reference of international practices and by combining the realistic situation in our country.
