应用工作量量化法调整临床护士奖金分配的探索 被引量:8

摘要 目的为使奖金分配更好地体现劳动强度、技术含量和风险系数,应用工作量量化法调整临床护士奖金分配。方法以工作量量化法为基础,临床各科室以千分制记分法,以此分配各科室所获奖金数;再从科室分配到每名护理人员,采用护士系数分配法(体现职务、职称、质控、年限和夜班情况)。结果调整后门诊和病房护士人均奖有显著性差异;各科室之间护士人均奖有显著性差异。结论以工作量量化法为基础调整临床各科室护士奖金分配原则,是科学合理并值得推广的方法,体现了按劳分配原则,并充分调动了护士积极性。 Objective In order to enhance labor intensity, technical content and risk coefficient in bonus allocation, the method of measured workload was used to adjust bonus allocation for clinical nurses. Methods On the base of the measured workload,each section was scored on a thousand-mark system to differentiate bonus allocation. Furthermore,the bonus was re - allocated to the nurses of the section according to the nurse-coefficient which was decided by the position, technical title, quality outcomes, working years, and numbers of night shifts. Results The difference of average bonus to nurses after adjustment between in - patient departments and out-patient departments is prominent. And the difference of average bonus to nurses after adjustment among the different sections is also prominent. Conclusion The method of adjusting bonus allocation to clinical nurses by measured workload is scientific and recommendable, because it enhances distribution according to work and motivates nurses' work performance.
