摘要
健美操在我国学校已经得到了快速的发展,成为体育教学的主要教材之一.关于健美操与美学的关系,教学内容与方法,健美操及教学的特点,健美操竞赛在学校体育教学中发挥的作用等提出了自己的看法.
Body-building has been developed rapidly in schools of China and has already become one of the major teaching materials of EE Education. This paper brings forward individual opinions concerning the relationship between bodybuilding and aesthetics, teaching materials and methods, characteristics of bodybuilding and its teachings, as well as functions ofbodybuilding competitions in school P.E. Education.
