摘要
目的建立一种快速实用的方法测定依达拉奉原料药中乙酸乙酯的残留量.方法用气相色谱法,采用固定相为二乙烯苯-乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球(直径为0.18~0.25 mm),氮气为载气,用外标法测定依达拉奉中残留乙酸乙酯的含量.结果乙酸乙酯浓度在25~400 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,响应曲线相关系数为0.9992,平均回收率为99.61%.结论本法简便,快速、实用,灵敏度高,可有效地用于依达拉奉的质量控制.
Objective To establish a method for the limit test of ethyl acetate in Edaravone. Method GC method, this method use of porous polymer beads GDX- 401 as chromatographic stationary phase(diameter is 0.18~0.25 mm), the carrier gas nitrogent and the flow rate 20 mL/min. The detection was made on GC with external standard calibration. Result A good linear correlation were obtained over the range of 25 ~400μg,/mL for ethyl acetate. The regression equations were Y = 13031.75 + 3318.09Xo r = 0.9992. the average recovery rate of ethyl acetate is 99.61%. Conclusion This method is specific and sensitive. It can be applied in the limit test of residual ethyl acetate in Edaravone.
