摘要
阐述了影响中日关系的历史问题的由来,指出历史问题是由日本右翼势力及一部分右派政治家挑起的;从政治、经济等方面分析了日本为何不能正确对待历史问题;强调了日本只有以史为鉴,才能面向未来,只有认真对待侵略历史,真正反省侵略战争,才能取信于曾遭受日本侵略的亚洲各国政府和人民,使自己立足于亚洲和世界。
Expounds the root causes of the historical problem that made tremendous impact on the current Sino-Japanese relations, and points out that the provocative problem completely resulted from the right-wing political forces and a group of politicians on behalf of them in Japan. Analyzes the reasons why Japan can＇t adopt a correct attitude to the historical problem in connection with her economical/political conditions. Emphasizes that Japan can＇t have prospects in future unless absorbing the lessons from her aggressive history. The countries and their people who suffered Japan＇s aggression cannot have confidence in Japan until her government is dealing honestly with the history of aggression in an introspective made. Only in this way Japan could gain the forgiveness and understanding from those countries and their people and then plays an important role in Asia and the world.
