摘要
目的:探讨Shouldice法疝修补术在临床中的应用。方法:回顾总结1998年7月￣2004年12月间应用Shouldice法疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝47例的临床疗效。结果:47例中1例出现并发症,全组随访1～7年,无1例复发。结论:Shouldice法疝修补术具有缝合低张力,更符合腹股沟区生理解剖结构,复发率低的优点。
Objective：To study the clinical application of shouldiee hernia repair.Methods：47 patients with inguinal heria by shouldice hernia repair from July 1998 to December 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among the 47 patients,only one developed complication.With a follow-up of 1 -7 years,none of them occurred recurrence.Conclusion： Shouldice hernia repair possesses the advantages of lower tension in suture,more consistent with inguinal physiological and anatomical structure and lower recurrence rate.
