摘要
宝钢三号彩涂机组为满足当前市场对建筑用板美观、坚固、耐腐蚀的要求,参考了美国和意大利的彩涂工艺,自行设计、编制并调试完成了DCS控制软件。通过对大量现场调试数据的提取、分析、总结,建立了具有自适应功能的控制模型,不仅实现了炉温和带温长时间稳定且高精度的控制,而且攻克了由于烘烤炉内压力不稳使炉内涂料产生的有害气体溢出炉口造成环境污染的难题。自投产以来,控制性能稳定,生产出的成品钢材,无论是表面质量还是涂层理化性能,都达到了世界一流的水平。
To meet a high demand of current market to high quality building sheet, based on the color coating technology from America and Italy, Baosteel Corporation designed No.3 color coating line, and also developed the software of DCS system. By mean of extracting, analyzing and summarizing a large amount of operation data in site, the model with serf-study function not only resolves the problem about long time precision temperature control in production but also overcomes the shortcoming of environment pollution on account of nocuous gas which overflow from oven. Since the start of production with the stability of temperature better control, both surface and inside quality of coating are all got to the first class standard of the world.
