摘要
目的:探讨微波( MTC)治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果.方法:我站 1997年 1月～ 2004年 3月使用 MTC 治疗慢性宫颈炎 208例 ,其中重度糜烂 61例 ,中度糜烂 118例 ,轻度糜烂 29例 ;其中宫颈糜烂合并宫颈肥大者 187例 ,Ⅰ度肥大 52例 ,Ⅱ度肥大 105例,Ⅲ度肥大 30例.结果:对宫颈糜烂痊愈率高达 93.3%,对宫颈肥大痊愈率高达 96.8%.结论:微波治疗慢性宫颈炎一次治愈率高 , 能使肥大以及糜烂的宫颈恢复正常或接近正常,且操作简单、安全 ,适宜推广使用.
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of microwave tissue coagulatoin （MTE） in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： Two hundreds and eight cases of chronic cervicitis were treated with MTC. The symptom and physical sign were observed. Results： The cure rate of cervical erosion was 93.3%, the cure rate of cervical hypertrophy was 96.8%. Conclusion： MTC in the treatment of chronic eervicitis possesses a higher cure rate at a time, which can make cervical hypertrophy and erosion recovery or near to normal, with simple manipulation and safe,and be worth to popularize its use.
