摘要
目的:观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂( GM- 1)治疗中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病( HIE)的疗效.方法:将 100例中、重度 HIE患儿分为治疗组和对照组.两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用 GM- 1静脉滴注, 20mg/次, 1次 /天,疗程 7～ 10天.结果:治疗组总有效率 90.0%,对照组总有效率 72.5%,两组比较差异有显著性( P<0.05).结论: GM- 1治疗 HIE疗效显著,未见不良反应发生.
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside for treating severe neonate hypoxicischemic encephalopathy（HIE）. Methods： 100 cases of HIE were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and both groups received combined treatment. Injection of ganglioside was added in the treatment group once a day, 20mg each time, 7 - 10 days as a course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group who was treated with ganglioside, and 72.5% in the control group.There was a great difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Ganglioside is effective in treating severe HIE .There is no toxic reaction.
