为了兼顾配送中心的效率和顾客满意,提出了单品拣取模型。该模型开发了一个基于存储箱数量、整箱或不足一箱的库存分隔策略,从而解决了传统的基于活动分隔库存的复杂性。
In the purpose of maintaining DC efficiency and customer satisfaction, the paper presents a piece-picking model, which develops an operational tactics to segregate inventory based on carton quantity, full carton or residual carton, and to resolve the complications associated with activitybased segregation of inventory.
