摘要
文中介绍新型共焦式激光测头,可方便进行旁向测量,并采用计算时间差获得被测位移的方法,降低成本,实用性更强。
A new type of confocal laser probe for lateral measurement is introduced in this paper. The displacement is obtained by computing time difference. The probe is of much lower cost and of good practicability.
