摘要
研究在薄层色谱板上采用“展开—挖点”方法测定板蓝根中靛玉红含量,回收率达96.58%。
The method for measuring the content of indirubin by developing-excavating on TLC plank was studied. The results showed that the recovery rate was 96.58%, The feasibility of this method was also discussed.
