摘要
采用DSP进行焊枪摆动电机控制,研制了一种基于DSP的焊枪摆动控制系统,详细描述了该系统的组成、结构及特点,阐述了PWM控制原理及其在步进电机和交流伺服电机中的控制方法,并给出了控制系统的硬件电路和软件流程。实验结果表明该系统能够完全实现设计要求。
Control system for swing welding gun based on DSP is studied in this paper. The structure and characteristics of this system are described. The control theory of PWM and the control method of stepper driver and AC servo motor driver are studied. The design of hardware and software are given. The results show that the system can meet the design requirements.
