摘要
如何适应新形势要求,增强德育工作的时效性,是学校德育工作所面临的重要课题。新形势下学校德育工作只有树立主体性教育思想、注意生活化目标教育、应用科学化的德育方法、建立开放式的德育模式,才能适应新形势的要求,增强德育工作的时效性。
How to adapt to the needs of new environment and heighten the effectiveness of moral education is an important issue in the moral education in schools. The answer is as following： cultivating the students＇ subject consciousness, focusing on life target education, applying scientific methods of education and constructing an open mode of moral education.
