口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的下颌定位
摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleepapnea,OSA)为夜间反复发生的上气道狭窄或阻塞,并伴有日间嗜睡、疲倦、情绪改变、记忆力减退和头痛等症状,易诱发高血压和心脑血管疾病.在我国中年人患病率为3.1%[1],国外学者统计的中年人患病率为男性4%,女性2%[2].病因机制主要与上气道的解剖性狭窄、上气道软组织的塌陷性增强及神经肌肉等因素有关.
