摘要
采用滚压涂敷法,利用添加聚乙二醇表面活性剂的TiO2溶胶在玻璃基底上制备了TiO2薄膜,通过吸附法对薄膜表面进行染料敏化处理.对染料敏化处理前后的薄膜进行了XPS和AFM表征分析,分析结果表明,未敏化处理的薄膜孔隙中吸附了大量的氧,薄膜敏化处理后,表面的吸附氧被敏化剂分子中的羧基氧取代,染料敏化剂分子通过化学吸附在薄膜表面形成单分子膜.
Nanocrystalline TiO2 films were prepared by rolling the TiO2 sol containing polyglycol, and sensitized by dye -sensitizer. The surface structure and component were characterized by XPS and AFM. The results show there exist plenty of oxygen in the mesoporous TiO2 film, the oxygen were removed in the process of activation, which were replaced by dye- sensitizer molecules absorbed on film surface and formed a monomolecular layer, Dye sensitized treatment is attributed to the Carboxy groups chemical adsorption.
