摘要
以苯甲醛为起始原料,通过三步反应合成了一种新型香料α-戊基肉桂腈,产品总收率达到76%.研究了Na2CO3的用量对α-戊基肉桂醛肟收率的影响,实验结果表明:当碳酸钠与α-戊基肉桂醛的摩尔比为0.9∶1时,α-戊基肉桂醛肟收率最高,达到94%.并用1H NM R及FT-IR对产物的结构进行了表征.
A new perfume α-amylcinnamonitrile was synthesized by using benzaldehyde as the original material in three steps with the overall yield of 76 %. The influence of the dosage of Na2CO3 on the yield of α-amylcinnamonaldehydeoxime was studied, the result showed that when the molar ratio of Na2CO3 to α-amylcinnamonaldehyde was 0. 9 : 1, α- amylcinnamonaldehydeoxime was prepared with the highest yield of 94%. The structure of the product was characterized with the spectra of ^1H NMR and FT - IR.
