摘要
报告骨膜增生厚皮症1例。患者男,24岁,双手足末端皮肤粗厚10余年,面部痤疮伴皮肤肥厚6年。经组织病理等检查确诊。
An 24-years-old man with Pachydermoperiostosis had elubbing of the fingertips for more than 10years.There were furrowing on the face and sealp for 6 years,some erythema and papules on his sealp for 6 months.The histulogical data eonsistent with a diagnosis of Pachydermoperiostosis.While there is no causal treatment.Acitrelin was given for tentative treatment.
