摘要
研究了稀土在三价铬电镀、镀铜及Ｎｉ－Ｐ－ＳｉＣ复合镀中的作用，其结果扩大了三价铬电镀的光亮区范围，提高了Ｎｉ－Ｐ－ＳｉＣ复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性，增加了铜镀层与基体的结合力。
The application of rare-earth in plating of Cr(Ⅲ) 、Cu and composite plating of Ni-P-SiC has been stadied. The resuets show that the addition of rere-earth enlarges the bright region in the plating of Cr(Ⅲ),and mcreases the hardnees and wear resistance of Ni-P-SiC composite coeting ,and the adherence bebween copper coating with matrix.
