摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了系列La0.7-xNdxBa0.3MnO3钙钛矿材料.实验结果表明掺入少量Nd可显著调节样品的居里温度,有效提高其磁熵变.当x=0.15时样品磁熵变达到2.22J/kg.K,TC=269K.该系列样品低磁场下在室温附近具有较大的磁熵变,可作为室温磁致冷材料.
Polycrystalline perovskites La0.7-xNdxBa0.3MnO3 have been prepared by the sol-gel method. The experimental results show that a small amount addition of Nd can adjust the Curie temperature and enhance the magnetic entropy change of the samples efficiently. The maximum magnetic entropy change is in the order of 2.22J·kg^-1K^-1 and the Curie temperature is 269K when x=0.15. These materials possess large magnetic entropy change near room temperature under the low magnetic field,and are prospective selection to realize wide range room-temperature refrigeration.
