摘要
目的:介绍孤独症音乐治疗的临床表现,推广孤独症音乐治疗的指导原则。方法:根据作者的临床实践经验进行总结。结果:运用打击乐器配合背景音乐演奏法治疗孤独症,将孤独症的音乐治疗分为4个阶段,即适应接受期、音乐体验感悟期、主动交流期和群体活动交流期,各个阶段孤独症儿童的临床表现均不同,明确提出了各个阶段相应的治疗方法及总的治疗原则。结论:音乐疗法治疗孤独症疗效确切,孤独症儿童的临床表现也有规律可循,在临床运用上应根据每个儿童的不同特点灵活掌握指导原则。
AIM: To introduce the clinical manifestation during music therapy for autistic disorder, and spread the therapeutic principle. METHODS: The experience was summarized according the clinical practice of the authors. RESULTS: Autistic disorder was treated with the method of percussion instrument cooperated by background music. The music therapy was divided into 4 phases: adaptation and, experience and comprehension, active communication, and group activity communication. The clinical manifestations of the children with autistic disorder at each phase were different, the corresponding therapeutic method at each phase and the total therapeutic principle were clearly suggested. CONCLUSION: Music therapy has definite curative effect on autistic disorder; The clinical manifestations of the children with autistic disorder have the rule to hold. The guiding principle should be applied flexibly according to the instance of each children.
