摘要
本文研究用2—氨基苯并噻唑(简写ABT)溶剂萃取铑的最佳条件。在KI存在下于pH1~3,加热60min,所形成的络合物能定量地被已烷萃取。贱金属离子如Fe ̄(3+)、Al ̄(3+)、Cu ̄(2+)、Cd ̄(2+)、Co ̄(2+)、Ni ̄(2+)、Zn ̄(2+)、Mn ̄(2+)、Ca ̄(2+)、Mg ̄(2+)及铂族离子Pt(Ⅳ)、Ir(Ⅳ)不被萃取,Pd ̄(2+)可在未加入KI之前预先萃取分离。斜率法测得萃合物组成为RhI_3(ABT),红外光谱表明萃取剂的氨基氮和噻唑氮直接与Rh(Ⅲ)配位,形成三元异配位体络合物。铱(Ⅳ)不被萃取,可使铑与铱分离。
In this paper theoptimum conditions ofthe extraction of Rh(Ⅲ)with 2-aminoben-zothiazole(ABT)were established.Experi-mental results showedthat rhodium(Ⅲ)could be extracted from iodide solution with ABT into hexane at the range of pH 1.0 to3.0.The formation of the extracted complex required heating the solution in boiling waterbath for 60 minutes.Common metal ions such as Fe ̄(3+),Al ̄(3+),Cu ̄(2+),Cd ̄(2+),Co ̄(2+),Ni ̄(2+),Zn ̄(2+),Ca ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)and Pt(Ⅳ),Ir( Ⅳ)are not extracted.Palladi-um could be first extracted with butyl acetateat pH2.0 before KI was added.The composi-tion of extracted complex has been determinedas RhI_3(ABT)by means of the slope method.From infrared spectra of ABT itself and rhodi-um complex,it was confirrned that ABT wascoordinated to rhodium through the exocyclicamino-nitrogen and ring-nitrogen. The ex-tractable species of rhodium was a mixed coor-dination complex. The separation of rhodiumand iridium was possible,since iridium(Ⅳ)was much less extractable.
