摘要
目的对电刀切肝术进行临床探讨与研究。方法总结1994年12月—2004年12月共施行的75例电刀切肝术的治疗效果。结果电刀切肝术止血效果好,切肝速度快、术后并发症少、死亡率低。结论电刀切肝术投资少、成本低、操作简单、疗效明确、显著。适合于基层医院推广。
Objectives The clinical investigation of Lever electrocision .Methods The therapeutic effect analysis of the 75 cases lever electrocision from 1994.12 to 2004.12 .Results The electrocision cutting liver are speeded and the effect of hemostasis are fine the postoperative complications and death rate are lower. Conclusions The cost and invest of electrocision are lower The technique of lever, electrocision are simple. The therapeutic effect are markedness adapt to extend use for the grass roots hospitals,
