摘要
目的了解我院口服抗抑郁药物的应用情况和发展趋势.方法采用金额排序、限定日剂量(DDD值)排序的分析方法对我院2002～2004年常用口服抗抑郁药进行统计、分析.结果用药金额及用药频度(DDDs)逐年提高,呈增长趋势,2003年用药金额及DDDs分别是2002年的1.62倍和1.59倍,而2004年用药金额及DDDs分别是2003年的1.45倍和1.47倍.结论新型抗抑郁药已逐步成为治疗抑郁症及相关疾病的一线药物.其中,由于国产万拉法新价格适中,成为首选.
Objective To know application and developmental trend of oral antidepressant in our hospital. Methods The common oral antidepressant used in our hospital during 2002 to 2004 were counted and analyzed by way of ranking of sum of money and DDD. Results Consumptive sum of money and DDDs increased with years. Consumptive sum of money and DDDs in 2003 were respectively 1.62 and 1.59 times as much as that in 2002;those in 2004 were respectively 1.45 and 1.47 times as much as that in 2003. Conclusion New types of antidepressants have gradually become the first-line drugs for depression and related disorders . The cost of domestic venlafaxine is relatively suitable ,so it is the first-choice antidepressant.
