妊娠期高血压患者血清VCAM-1和TNF-α的变化

摘要 目的探讨外周血清细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)发病中的作用。方法分别采用ELISA法、放免法测定61例HDCP患者与20例健康晚孕妇女(对照组)血清VCAM-1和TNF-α水平。结果①轻度、重度子痫前期组血清VCAM-1和TNF-α水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01);②HDCP组血清VCAM-1和TNF-α水平之间呈显著直线正相关(P<0.01)。结论VCAM-1和TNF-α在妊娠期高血压疾病的病理生理过程中发挥重要的生理作用,动态监测VCAM-1和TNF-α水平对预测其病情、指导临床治疗有重要意义。 Objeαive To evaluate the roles of VCAM - 1 and TNF - α in pathophysiologi- cal changes of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP). Methods Levels of sera vas- cular cell adhesion molecule - 1 ( VCAM - 1 ) and Tumor necrosis faαor - α ( TNF - α ) in 20 normal late pregnant women and 61 patients with HDCP were measured by ELISA methods and radioimmuno - assay respeαively. Results ①Levels of sera VCAM - 1 and TNF - α in HDCP group were signifi- cantly higher than those of normal term pregnant women. ②Positive correlation was observed between VCAM-1 and TNF-α in HDCP group ( P 〈0.01).Conclusion VCAM-1 and TNF-α may play important roles in the pathogenesis of HDCP. To deteα VCAM - 1 and TNF - α continuously has important value in prognosis and treatment of HDCP.
